DELIVERY

After placing your online order, you will receive an automatic email to the provided email address confirming that the order has been successfully received.
This email confirms the reception of your order and indicates the current status of your order - processing phase.
Production takes 1-2 working days, and then we dispatch the shipment to you. After dispatching, it takes 1-2 days for the shipment to arrive via express mail.
We deliver using express mail services such as PostExpress, and the price is 390 dinars, and with the courier service AKS Express, also priced at 390 dinars. The shipment arrives within 2-3 working days. Couriers deliver packages to the delivery address on weekdays (PostExpress delivers on Saturdays as well). Please ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to receive the shipment during this period.
Occasionally, the package may be damaged during transport. Don't worry, all you need to do is call us at the contact phone number, and you will receive a new copy at our expense. If the shipment appears undamaged, please accept it. It is common practice that if the courier cannot find you at the address, they will call the phone number provided during the order creation and leave the package at your nearest post office. Your shipment will be held at the post office for 20 days, after which it will be returned to us. Upon receiving the package back, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and possibly arrange for re-shipping if you are still interested in the shipment. Goods are delivered exclusively within the territory of Serbia. Delivery outside these territories is currently not possible.
