Delivery
Delivery of shipments is carried out by our partner courier services PostExpress and AKS Express to your home address.
Delivery costs are charged separately and depend on the weight of the package, not the delivery location. The delivery cost is from 390 dinars. The Merchant is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier service.
Nonetheless, if such situations occur, please inform us as well as of any other irregularities in the delivery by the courier.
The customer is required to be available on the delivery day so that the courier service can contact and easily find and deliver the order.
If the customer is not available or not present at the delivery address on the specified day, the package may be returned to the Merchant. In this case, the Merchant will resend the package, and unfortunately, the customer will have to pay the delivery fee again.
The customer can designate another adult person to receive and possibly pay for the order if the payment method is cash on delivery.
Courier costs are paid to the courier upon delivery of the package, regardless of the payment method for the ordered item, unless otherwise stated.
On the mafimi.rs website, the exact amount you need to pay the courier for the ordered items and delivery is calculated.
Order cancellation
The online store mafimi.rs has the right to cancel an order if it believes that it violates copyright laws, incites religious, racial, and national intolerance, or if there is suspicion that the order is otherwise against the law.
When we receive your order, printing is done the next morning, so the customer has the right to cancel the order only if it is canceled by the end of the same day the product was ordered.
After the email order confirmation, the customer does not have the right to cancel, as all products offered in the online store mafimi.rs are clearly presented.
The customer has the right to cancel all products from the online store in case of delivery delays or product damage.
In such cases, the customer can cancel the order or, if the ordered goods have already been received after the specified period, can return the item, and the Merchant will refund the money in the manner in which the customer made the payment. The item must be in an unused condition and adequately packaged. This right can be exercised within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Right to a complaint
The customer has the right to complain about all items offered in the online store.
If, by mistake of the Merchant, an item with the wrong size, code, or color is sent to the customer that does not match the order details, the Merchant will issue a refund or replace the item.
The customer has no right to complain if they ordered an item with an incorrect size, code, or color due to their own mistake or incorrect assessment, if they incorrectly determined the position or format of the print or embroidery, etc.
The customer has no right to complain about damage to items if the damage occurred due to non-compliance with the maintenance instructions.
The Merchant is not responsible if the customer was not aware of the maintenance instructions for the items.
A customer who wishes to make a complaint must submit a Complaint Statement in writing, either via email or by phone. The statement must include the reasons for the complaint. Also, as proof, the customer must send a picture of the damage.
An authorized employee of the online store mafimi.rs will review the complaint reasons as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days. If the reasons are justified, the customer will be refunded in the manner in which the payment was made, or a new product will be delivered.
