Delivery and Payment

DELIVERY
After you place an online order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order has been successfully placed. This email confirms that your order has been received and is currently in the processing stage.

Production takes 1-2 working days, after which we will send the shipment to you. It takes 1-2 days for the shipment to arrive via express mail.

Delivery is made via PostExpress with a cost starting from 390 dinars and by AKS Express Courier Service with a cost of 390 dinars.

The shipment arrives within 2-3 working days. Couriers deliver packages to the delivery address on working days (PostExpress also delivers on Saturdays). Please ensure that someone is available at the address to receive the package during this period.

Sometimes, the package may be damaged during transport. Don't worry, all you need to do is call us on the contact phone number, and you will receive a new copy at our expense. If the package appears undamaged, please accept the shipment.

The usual practice is that if the courier cannot find you at the address, they will call the phone number you provided when creating the order and leave the package at your nearest post office. Your shipment will be at the post office for 20 days and then it will be returned to us. Upon receiving the shipment back, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and possibly arrange for a re-delivery if you are still interested in the shipment.

Delivery of goods is exclusively within the territory of Serbia. Delivery outside these territories is currently not possible.

PAYMENT METHODS
ONLINE SHOPPING
1. Cash on delivery - When paying cash on delivery, you pay for the order upon delivery. In this case, payment can only be made in cash.

2. Payment by credit cards - At the moment, ordered products cannot be paid for with Dina, Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro credit cards. These payment methods will become available over time.
